1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

2. Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

Return Shipping Cost: For damaged or incorrect items, London Gifts will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Resolution: We will offer a replacement or a full refund once the issue is verified.
4. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item:

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Condition: The product must be in "as new" condition to qualify for a refund.
5. Restocking Fees
We believe in fair pricing and transparency. London Gifts does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalised or custom-engraved
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
Please note: if your personalised item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
